The Salt Lake Tribune has relaunched sltrib.com improving the experience for readers.

The Salt Lake Tribune has relaunched sltrib.com as we focus on presenting local journalism in a cleaner, easier-to-read format.

The website now includes a new navigation bar at the top of the page to help you more easily get to key destinations. Individual story pages are less cluttered.

This site is also more accessible to people with disabilities.

It is more flexible, making it easier for readers to scroll through the news of the day on their phones and easier for our team to make changes in response to breaking news.

Finally, it complies with privacy law in Europe so more readers abroad can access sltrib.com.

Still to come: improved video functionality and new story formats. We will introduce these features in the weeks ahead.

The website relaunch is just one of a number of new offerings from The Tribune in the months to come. We recently announced we will deliver the weekend edition on Sunday mornings, effective with the inaugural edition Jan. 3.

As a nonprofit news organization, we work in the service of our community. That’s you. As we do so, we’re asking for your help.
